TOEIC Speaking & Writing Test

I am going to take TOEIC Speaking and Writing Test. Please help me prepare for it, especially in Speaking test.

Speaking test contains 6 sections below displaying green. I need your help in Propose a solution and Express an Opinion sections.

Questions 1&2: Read A Text

Question 3: Describe a Picture

Questions 4, 5, 6: Respond to Questions

Questions 7, 8, 9: Respond to Questions with Info

These 4 parts above, I am studying myself, but if you have any ideas please help me.

Would you give me any sample problems which occurs in daily living ? (for example; delivery delay in postal service etc.)
Them I will provide a solution for 60 seconds after preparing for 30 seconds.

Question 11: Express an Opinion　Click here; please show page 9

In this part, I think the speaking materials which RJ provides would be suitable.
Please give me a questions, them I will provide an answer for 60 seconds after 15 seconds preparing.
